¶ 1 Dr. Tony Mega, a tenured Whitworth College professor, sued the college for breach of contract and wrongful discharge. The trial court set aside a defense verdict and granted Dr. Mega judgment as a matter of law on a wage issue, and a new trial on other contract issues.
