[¶ 1.] SPM Thermo-Shield, Inc. appeals a judgment of the circuit court affirming the decision of an arbitrator and denying a motion to vacate the arbitration award. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

[¶ 2.] On August 3, 1994, Thermo-Shield entered into an Agreement with Spiska Engineering, Inc. Under this Agreement, Spiska was designated as the exclusive distributor of Thermo-Shield products in several European countries...
