¶ 1 All City Bail Bonds appeals a Lincoln County Superior Court order denying its motion to vacate a default judgment and exonerate William Kramer's $20,000 bail bond. All City contends forfeiture of the $20,000 bond is inequitable and punitive, constituting an abuse of discretion.
