Appellant Laura Nicola, appeals the district court's judgment affirming the decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner") denying her application for disability insurance benefits ("DIB") under Title II of the Social Security Act. See 42 U.S.C. § 405. We reverse and remand.
