A jury found Edward Hill guilty of vehicular homicide and other crimes in connection with a cocaine-fueled rampage that killed two people. On appeal, Hill argues that the evidence was insufficient; that the trial court erred when it denied his motions for mistrial, delivered the charge on vehicular homicide, and sentenced him on the basis of all eight crimes; and that trial counsel was ineffective.
