[¶ 1] Appellant Lori Ann Walker, (formerly Lori Ann Dowlin) filed a civil suit against her former husband Charles Douglas Dowlin, requesting damages for "Fraud on the Court (Wyo.Stat.Ann. § 1-16-401(a)(iv))," allegedly committed during divorce proceedings.
