The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board (Board) charged John W. Carty with numerous violations of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers. The Grievance Commission of the Supreme Court of Iowa (Commission) found Carty violated the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers.
