Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America ("Travelers") appeals the judgment of the district court1 dismissing its claims for contribution, indemnity, and restitution under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA") and the law of Iowa. We agree with the district court that these claims are not available under ERISA, and that the state-law claims are preempted by the federal statute.<...
