The appellant, Jonathan Wilson, appeals from a final judgment of the trial court that incorporated a mediated settlement agreement reached by Mr. Wilson and the appellee, Twyla Wilson.1 On appeal, Mr. Wilson contends that the trial court erred in ruling that the agreement was enforceable and erred in awarding attorney fees to Ms. Wilson.
