This is a review of an unpublished per curiam decision of the Court of Appeals,1 affirming the decision of the Ashland County Circuit Court, Judge Robert E. Eaton presiding, which entered a judgment of conviction following a jury trial against Samuel Nelis (Nelis) as a repeat offender, on one count each of battery, aggravated battery, and second-degree sexual assault by use of force.
