This appeal arises from plaintiff's purchase of warrants in audiohighway.com ("Audiohighway"), a company that has declared bankruptcy. Plaintiff sued defendant, a law firm that represented the managing underwriter of Audiohighway's initial public offering, for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duties.
