The defendant, Franciszek Marcisz, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a trial to the court, of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of General Statutes § 14-227a. On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) there was insufficient evidence for the trial court to find him guilty and (2) the court's knowledge of a part B information prior to rendering its decision violated his rights...
