This wrongful death action brought under a theory of premises liability arose from circumstances surrounding the shooting death of Lucius Davis at Christian Brotherhood Apartments ("CBA") in Jackson, Mississippi on February 4, 2003. Lucius's mother, Bernice Davis, initiated this action in her individual capacity and as representative of the wrongful death beneficiaries of Lucius.
