[¶ 1] Ralph E. Platt (Platt) filed a Complaint alleging that the Defendants, his niece Alice A. Creighton and her husband Murray C. Creighton, held over 151 cows with calves and cows due to calve owned by him in a constructive trust as part of a "joint venture" in conjunction with a lease with the Platt Ranch Trust (the Trust).
