Plaintiff John Ford is the administrator of the estate of Charles M. Jayne ("Jayne"). Jayne was killed in an accident in Floyd County, Indiana, apparently caused by the driver of another car, Carla Burkhead. At the time of the accident, Burkhead was returning from Caesars Indiana casino.
