Charles Golden was employed by Southern Heritage Construction installing siding onto the roof of a building, when the metal bucket attached to a lift he was operating came in contact with a high-voltage electric line owned and maintained by the City of Calhoun. Golden and his wife brought this suit against Larry Vickery and other unnamed employees of the City of Calhoun Electric Department to recover for personal injuries and loss of consortium resulting...
