¶ 1 This is an appeal from an order denying Appellants'1 petition to open/strike default judgment. Appellants raise two issues for our resolution:

Whether the trial court erred in refusing to strike the default judgment when there were fatal defects in the judgment because the Amended Complaint was not served on the Defendants or Defendants' attorney of record and the Notice to Defend did not substantially...
