In this appeal, we again consider the admissibility of settlement evidence. Appellant was involved in two motor vehicle accidents, a few months apart, and sued the drivers of both vehicles in a single complaint. One driver settled before trial. The trial court allowed the other driver to argue to the jury that the settlement fully compensated appellant for all of her injuries.
