Rev.Stat. §§ 43-245 to 43-2,129 (Reissue 2004), the separate juvenile court of Douglas County found that Jeffrey K. had committed the criminal misdemeanor offense of stalking as set forth in Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 28-311.02(2)(a) and 28-311.03 (Cum.
