Joseph Thompson appeals the district court's decision denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. After Thompson threatened his co-workers while participating in a work release program, the United States Parole Commission ("USPC") rescinded Thompson's February 26, 2005 presumptive parole date and continued his case to June of 2008.
