PER CURIAM.

Susan Rae Berkovitz appeals the district court's1 denial of her petition for habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Berkovitz argues she did not knowingly and voluntarily waive her constitutional right to testify at trial because of undue influence and coercion by her appointed counsel. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 2253(a), this court affirms.
