[¶ 1] Diana Davis ("Mother") appeals an order of the district court finding that it had no jurisdiction to modify a custody decree entered by the superior court of Guam on October 28, 2004. Mother argues that Wyoming has become the "home state" under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act and that the children's substantial contacts in Wyoming make jurisdiction here appropriate.
