By issuing a Writ of Certiorari, on the petition of Charles Hudson, to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, we implicitly expressed our desire to consider whether limited pretrial discovery is allowed, under the applicable Maryland Rules, in a "Breach of Lease" (Maryland Code (2003), Real Property Article, § 8-402.1) action brought in the District Court of Maryland.
