OPINION AND ORDER

KELLEY, District Judge.

A plaintiff alleging a claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act must file her action no later than ninety (90) days after receiving a right-to-sue letter from the EEOC. See 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16(c). Failure to meet this deadline precludes the Court from considering the merits of the claim. See id.; Lewis v. Norfolk Southern Corp.,
