Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Anthony Murphy, Miami, pro se.

Bill McCollum, Attorney General, Tallahassee, Donna M. Hoffmann and Diane F. Medley, Assistant Attorneys General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

ON REMAND FROM THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT

PER CURIAM.

Anthony Murphy sought review of the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
