PER CURIAM.

The prosecution appeals by leave granted the circuit court's order affirming the district court's refusal to bind defendant over for trial on charges of racketeering, MCL 750.159i, conspiracy to commit racketeering, MCL 750.157a, and ten counts of delivery of less than 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv). We reverse and remand this matter for reinstatement of all charges against defendant.
