This case derives from the sale of stock in Idaho Peterbilt, Inc. ("Peterbilt") and GRM Leasing, Inc. ("GRM"). The stock purchaser, appellant Tyler Mannos, sued the sellers, Terry Lawrence and Lloyd Lawrence, and a third party, Todd Moss (collectively "the defendants"), alleging eleven causes of action after Peterbilt, Inc. proved economically unviable.
