This appeal arises from the Fourth Judicial District, Parish of Morehouse, State of Louisiana. Plaintiff, Jumar Johnson, and defendants, Lindsey and Heath Murray, and State Farm Insurance Company ("State Farm"), appeal the decision by the trial court that held Lindsey Murray solely responsible for the damages sustained by Johnson in a multiple vehicle automobile accident. For the following reasons, we affirm.
