MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Vienna Wolftrap Hotel's1 ("Defendant") Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Khambay Panyanouvong's ("Plaintiff") Complaint on the ground that Plaintiff s claims are barred by the applicable statute of limitations. For the following reasons, the Court will grant Defendant's motion.
