(collectively "Defendants"), for violating the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109 ("WARN Act" or "Act"), which requires employers to give employees 60 days' notice in the event of a plant closing or mass layoff at a "single site of employment."
