A juvenile petition was filed by the State against appellant, Shawn P., on April 24, 2006, alleging his involvement in a second-degree assault. Finding that appellant was involved in the assault as alleged, the Circuit Court for Washington County, sitting as a juvenile court, adjudicated him a delinquent and placed him on probation for an indefinite period of time.
