A jury found brothers Vincent Bertling and Karl Raymond Bertling guilty of one count of conspiracy to corruptly endeavor to influence, obstruct and impede justice in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1503 and 371. The jury also found Vincent guilty of three counts of being an unlawful user of controlled substances in possession of firearms and Karl guilty of one count of being an unlawful user of controlled substances in possession of ammunition...
