The order, insofar as appealed from, granted the motion of defendant William Waszkielewicz for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against him and granted in part the motion of defendants Mary Dankert, Paul North and Norm Peters for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
