STEWART, J.

Stanley Evans Logging and American Interstate Insurance Company ("Evans Logging") appeals the WCJ's award of workers' compensation benefits to William Baker. Because we find that the WCJ erred in finding that Mr. Baker did not commit fraud under La. R.S. 23:1208, we reverse and render judgment as outlined herein.
