A jury convicted Edward Thomas Jung of eight counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and two counts of securities fraud in violation of 15 U.S.C. §§ 77q(a) and 77x. Jung appeals, claiming that the district court erroneously admitted the out-of-court statements of his former attorney under Federal Rule of Evidence 801(d)(2)(D).
