This case is once again before us. In our prior ruling, we vacated Marlon J. Bradford's sentence of 36 months' imprisonment as unreasonable and remanded the case to the district court for resentencing. United States v. Bradford, 447 F.3d 1026, 1029 (8th Cir.2006) (Bradford I). On remand, the district court treated Bradford, a career criminal, as a criminal history category I offender, and imposed a sentence of 60 months' imprisonment...
