GALWAY, J.

The defendant, Scott Balukas, Sr., appeals the decision of the Superior Court (Coffey, J.) denying his motion to quash the indictments against him. He argues that the State improperly charged his violations of a protective order as class B felony offenses instead of class A misdemeanors. We affirm.
