Sylvanus Williams was arrested after police found a stolen gun in his car and marijuana in a bag that he had left behind in a store. A search of his car led to additional drug-related charges being brought by the United States, and after two years of pre-trial wrangling a jury convicted him on three counts. He raises four issues on appeal: he challenges the admission of certain evidence which he argues was seized in violation of his Fourth Amendment...
