Defendant Jose Francisco Serrano Leon pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting the interstate communication of a threat in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. He did so pursuant to a plea agreement that included a waiver of his right to appeal his conviction and sentence.
