MILLER, Judge.

The State appeals the trial court's grant of a motion to suppress evidence obtained following a traffic stop as to James Allen Bingham in Case No. A06A2363 and as to Dale Anthony Brown in Case No. A06A2364. Finding that the trial court's suppression of evidence as to both Bingham and Brown was erroneous, we reverse.
