The plaintiff, Teresa Nedzvekas, appeals from an order of the circuit court barring her from calling certain witnesses at trial and the court's subsequent order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Dr. Barnett Fung, in this refiled medical negligence action. For the reasons which follow, we affirm the barring order, reverse the summary judgment granted in favor of the defendant, and remand this cause...
