¶ 1 Steven Miller was convicted after a jury trial of two counts of armed robbery and was acquitted of one count. The trial court sentenced him to presumptive, concurrent prison terms of 9.25 years. Miller contends the trial court abused its discretion when it admitted evidence that, following Miller's arrest, no further armed robberies involving the same modus operandi occurred in the city of Tempe...
