Robert M. Hawpetoss was convicted of eight counts of commission or attempted commission of sexual offenses, some against children under the age of twelve. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153(a), 2241(c) and 2242(1). He now appeals the district court's final judgment of conviction and sentence.
