¶ 1. After a trial in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, a jury found Daron Rouster guilty of the charge of murder and two charges of aggravated assault. Rouster was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder charge and twenty years for each aggravated assault charge, to be served consecutively. Rouster now appeals, raising one issue: whether the trial court abused its discretion in excluding testimony...
