The petitioner, George M., appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner claims that the court improperly upheld the determination of the respondent, the commissioner of correction, that he was not eligible to earn good time credit as provided in General Statutes § 18-7a.
