Delone ROBINSON et al. v. Curtis ROBINSON.

Appellate Court of Connecticut.

Decided August 7, 2007.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Carlton L. Hume, Hartford, with whom was Charleen Merced, law student, for the appellants (plaintiffs).

Greg S. Krieger, with whom was John Stephen Papa, Hartford, for the appellee (defendant).

FLYNN, C.J., and McLACHLAN and HARPER, Js.

McLACHLAN, J.

The plaintiffs, Delone Robinson, Ray Johnson, Devone Robinson, Cullen Lomax and Herbert Martin, appeal from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, in favor of the defendant, Curtis Robinson. The plaintiffs claim that the court improperly determined that the defendant did not tortiously interfere with the plaintiffs' business expectancy. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
