¶ 1. Keith Norcell Young was convicted by a Washington County Circuit Court jury for the crime of capital murder with burglary as the underlying felony. Young was also convicted of first degree arson and third degree arson. He was sentenced as an habitual offender to serve life sentences without the possibility of parole for each crime. On appeal, he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and the admission of opinion testimony...
