The parties are the parents of two children (born in 1990 and 1995). In 2002, petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) were divorced and stipulated to a joint custody arrangement, whereby the father would, among other things, pay child support in the sum of $200 per week. In 2004, the parties each filed petitions on the same day in Family Court, the mother seeking a finding that the father had willfully violated the order...
