¶ 1 Patrick Zator, Sr., as Administrator of the Estate of Patrick Zator, Jr., and Sharon Zator, (collectively "Zator"), appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of all defendants on grounds that plaintiff's evidence failed to satisfy the requisite standard of proof mandated by the Mental Health Procedures Act, (MHPA).
