The sole issue on appeal is whether the Superior Court (Fitzgerald, J.) erred when it refused to appoint counsel for the defendant, Darin A. Parker, to assist him in seeking to avoid imposition of the deferred portion of his sentence. We reverse in part, vacate in part and remand.
